Decorating interior apartment form Olle Rex, a company of “young and enthusiastic architects” from Sweden. The place is called “The Karlavagen 59″ and it is basically a king-size apartment which includes a huge balcony, no less than four bedrooms and a large living-room with modern furniture and a fireplace.

The kitchen is classic with a table for eight in the middle and elegant white cupboards. Some colors are randomply spread through the apartment (in the form of pillows, wacky paintings and objects) for additional charm and a more joyful atmosphere. There were no compromises made in designing the bathroom either. Take a look!

Turning a Small Apartment into a Gemstone Inpiration

Meant to preserve its natural rock contour on its wall, a large and luxurious bathroom completes this attic’s subsistence as a home beyond ordinary. It’s located on the top floor (the 6th floor that is) in the middle of a friendly neighborhood and offered for some $400 / month to a very happy renter.
What is it that exact thing that makes a home worth millions? It’s probably a subjective answer but since we’re here how about taking a look at this small apartment at Kastell Street 13, in Gotheborg’s Linnestaden area. Spectacular views, a mind-blowing interior and magnificent architecture, they’re all crammed in this 65 meter square apartment attic. Aside from its small area, the designer took on a very daring job of redesigning such a small place — and by the looks of it he managed to put a unique interior arrangement and unusual height planning to make the room more dynamic and spacious in its own miraculous way.

Harbour Isle Apartments

The project consists of 236 apartments in two U-shaped blocks with inner courtyards opening towards the harbour. Varying heights of 5 to 8 storeys visually reduce the scale of the project and, along with the thin proportions of the glass partitions, give the white facades a light and graceful appearance. The entire project, including the projecting bays, is rendered in warm white stucco with teak fenestration, giving the entire project a maritime feel.
The Danish architects Lundgaard & Tranberg designed the Harbour Isle apartment buildings in Copenhagen, Denmark. The buildings are part of the new Havneholmen area of Copenhagen, which is a former industrial area that has been transformed into a residential and business zone, taking better advantage of the harbour front location.

Apartment Renovation – Cost Effective Designing

It’s a complete makeover with stylish furnishings and accessories that costed just a bit over $10,000. It's definitely managed to impress us with the terrific work, given the budget. With quirky show pieces, varied hues, use of mix-and-match in styles and colors –- they all makes up for a very modern yet elegant style. One of the msot interesting features is the bookcase wallpaper which gives a very casual and lounge-like look and feel.
